We're having a couple massage workshop at Barefoot Works on Saturday, March 3 from 2:00 till 6:00 pm. Join us to soothe away the stresses and pressures of everyday life by learning simple massage techniques. We'll begin by discussing the benefits of massage and basic massage terminology and techniques. The remainder of the workshop will be spent learning how to give a massage using effective techniques and strokes. You'll also learn ways to do massage in a chair, table and on a bed.
