If you can make it out for one of Teresa's classes today, you should definitely do so. I hear she's gonna be doing both sun and moon salutations. It could be just the thing to get your Monday off to a wonderful start. You have the option of a 4:30 or 6:00 class. Today will also be the very first day we start using our software. BIG Happy Day!
