If there was ever a time that I need help in "Learning to Balance the Inner and Outer World", it is now. I am with you in spirit (working this weekend), my fellow yoginis and hoping you are all soaking up the beauty of the NC mountains and the peace and calm that this yoga retreat will surely bring. You are in my favorite corner of the world, or one of them anyway.
So enjoy, and find a little more of yourself on this weekend journey.
Namaste!
